EYELASH LIFTING CERTIFICATION
Eyelash Lifting, also known as eyelash perming, is a cosmetic procedure that involves curling the lashes to give them a lifted and more voluminous appearance.
This is achieved by using a perm solution that breaks down the bonds of the lashes, allowing them to be reshaped using a special rod or pad. Once the lashes are in place, the perm solution is reapplied to set the new shape.
